Move Through Change

Workshops

When life changes, how do you find your way Forward

When something is circling inside us —

a decision, an identity, a relationship, a pattern, a question we can't answer — our instinct is often to think harder.

I know mine was.

But sometimes thinking harder just creates more noise.

How do I get off the kitchen Floor?

How?

It's hard to see the question when you are standing inside it

Writing The In-Between taught me what could happen when I took something I had been carrying internally and put it somewhere outside of myself.

First through words.

Then through paper, questions, charcoal and marks.

Once it was outside of me, I could look at it.

Move around it.

Question it.

Notice what I'd missed while I was standing inside it.

Externalising created space.

And in that space, I began finding my own answers.

We are at our most vulnerable during change.

Without something to anchor to we can find ourselves drifting further from ourselves.

GET IT OUT.

CREATE SPACE.

SEE WHATS THERE.

MOVE FORWARD.

WORKSHOPS

Creating space to find your own answers

Change has a way of disrupting more than our circumstances.

It can change how we see ourselves, what we believe, where we belong, what we carry and what we thought would come next.

Move Through Change is a series of immersive workshops designed to take some of those questions out of your head and put them somewhere you can see them.

Through guided conversation, words, butcher's paper, charcoal and creative externalisation, we create space around what you're carrying — so you can see it differently, ask better questions and begin finding your own answers.
